Perform other duties as required
Qualification
Required
Ability to speak, read, and write English
Three or more years of maintenance experience
Knowledge of basic plumbing, painting, electrical repairs, landscaping tools, and landscaping equipment
Preferred
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
