Responsibilities

Conduct project initiation activities to identify current and future state requirements
Collaborate with business and IT teams to produce a comprehensive Requirements Definition document
Ensure requirements are clear, concise, complete, and aligned with agency standards
Assist in developing processes and templates for documentation to ensure consistency and usability
Support the procurement team by translating requirements into the SOW for vendor engagement
Participate in requirement gathering sessions and workshops with stakeholders
Document workflows, processes, and functional specifications for both phases of the migration project

Required

Proven experience as a Business Analyst in software migration or SaaS implementation projects

Excellent communication and facilitation skills for workshops and stakeholder meetings
Familiarity with SaaS platforms and workflow capabilities
Knowledge of procurement processes and SOW development
