eCommerce Project Manager

Responsibilities
Lead eCommerce projects from opportunity through close; define scope, schedule, budget, risks, and KPIs to ensure on-time, profitable delivery
Maintain accurate forecasts and order data; monitor job cost performance and adjust plans to protect margins
Build and execute structured customer outreach to acquire/retain high-value accounts; generate quotes and transition won work to Program Management
Administer the eCommerce Loyalty Program (eligibility tracking, tier operations, dedicated services)
Coordinate cross functionally with Program Management, Marketing, Sourcing, Operations, and Utah counterparts; interface with the machine shop as a technical resource
Collaborate on product imagery/content and support chatbot escalations for technical questions
Create purchase orders and vendor SOWs; align suppliers to scope, schedule, and quality requirements
Improve customer experience by increasing responsiveness, resolving escalations/returns, and ensuring consistent communication
Optimize quoting, order entry, and customer service workflows to increase speed, accuracy, and satisfaction
Provide occasional onsite support, including travel to Tijuana for quality/engineering needs
Qualification
Required
Working knowledge of composites. Experience with composite materials and processing techniques such as wet-layup, autoclave, RTM, and compression molding
Basic Knowledge of AS9100 quality management systems. Understand, follow and adhere to corporate Quality Management Systems on daily basis
Mechanically able to assemble and disassemble parts and assemblies
Experience with contact and noncontact inspection methods
Experience with data acquisition systems to record temperatures, vacuum and pressure
Organized, self-motivated, strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
Ability to manage multiple programs, set priorities and follow tasks through to completion
Complete Bids and Proposals in support of new proposal activities
Capable of working in an environment in which demands, and priorities are constantly changing
BS/BA preferred (engineering or technical discipline preferred)
6+ years in a technical manufacturing environment (composites strongly preferred) with customer-facing project ownership
Proficiency with Salesforce (pipeline/forecast), Order Management, NetSuite (ERP), Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and Slack
Ability to clearly write and communicate; customer first mindset; negotiation and conflict resolution; strong organization, time management, and follow through; data driven, continuous improvement orientation
Working knowledge of composites manufacturing, vendor coordination, basic machining workflows; ability to interpret specs/SOWs and manage to cost/schedule/quality targets
US. Person under 22 CFR 120 (due to ITAR Restrictions)
