Sr. Technical Program Manager, EC2 CCX
Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a passionate Technical Program Manager for the EC2 Capacity Customer Experience (CCX) team. This role involves managing demand intake, driving key initiatives, and collaborating with engineering organizations to enhance EC2 GenAI Capacity planning.

Responsibilities
Own customer planning with the GenAI instance portfolio
Serves as EC2’s primary POC for managing demand intake
Organizing supportability scenarios to influence VP+ business decisions
Ensuring infrastructure and EC2 teams execute against global commitments
Driving key initiatives that support goals/KPIs that are measured and reported to executive leadership
Driving process improvements
Collaborating with engineering organizations to build new technologies that automate various aspects of EC2 GenAI Capacity planning
Qualification
Required
5+ years of technical product or program management experience
7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
3+ years of software development experience
5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience
Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
Preferred
5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience
Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership
