Minimum of 7 years of experience with Selenium
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
6 years of experience in QA, with at least 2 years in a lead role
Strong hands-on experience with Cucumber, Selenium, and Java/Python
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to manage and mentor offshore teams
