Responsibilities
Plan and execute retail marketing programs that align with our commercial planning calendar and marketing campaigns
Allocation and manage the Retail Marketing budget to ensure the highest ROI for marketing campaigns, via finance engagement on processes and identifying / collaborating with the best partners
Analyze consumer behavior and local market data to inform and refine Retail Marketing activities providing Pre/Post Analysis for marketing campaigns. Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
Work closely with the Brand Creative team to develop campaign, then translate to store, digital, and media assets including in-store planograms, social content, targeted media, and owned platforms (app, website)
Oversee promotional programs, activations, and events to boost brand awareness and customer engagement
Qualification
Required
5 + years of progressive experience in Retail Marketing, preferably with experience in QSR, food & beverage, or retail lifestyle
Proven success working directly with a marketing department, creative agency, or a similar fast-paced creative environment
Demonstrated success supporting new store openings or market entry campaigns
Outstanding cross-functional skills with experience interfacing with operations, R&D, and brand teams
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
