The role involves capturing specific shots during games, handling portable cameras for action close-ups, and using stationary cameras for in-game shots.

Responsibilities
Setup and breakdown of Camera
Shooting pre-game and post-game events and in-game promotions (fan cams, on-field games, etc.)
Shooting in-game action
Taking direction from the technical director
Qualification
Required
Experience operating a video camera
Experience operating a tripod
Experience with basic organization of wires and cables
Able to pay attention to the game and know what is going on
Basic communication with your technical director and other managers/operators
Knowledge on basic camera terms (pan, tilt, zoom, etc.)
Knowledge on baseball and how the game is played
Ability to lift and carry up to 20 lbs
Ability to stand for entire length of shift
Ability to walk up and down stairs frequently
Ability to be in the heat for long periods of time
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including extended hours, evenings, weekends, and holidays
