The role involves assisting with automation in manufacturing processes, maintaining production equipment, and supporting process improvements while also providing opportunities for CAD development and 3D printing assistance.

Responsibilities
Assisting with automation throughout our manufacturing processes
Helping to maintain and clean production equipment and components
Assist with the upkeep of the facilities
Support Manufacturing Engineers with process improvements and upgrades where available
Qualification
Required
Basic Mechanical Skills and Interest In How Things Operate
Experience operating hand and power tools, and other equipment
Some education background in mechanical, electrical, or other engineering trades
A technical mind, with a level of mechanical aptitude
Ability to communicate, both verbal and written, and work well with other team members
Basic analytical and problem-solving skills
Good understanding of math
Strong initiative and follow through
Ability to follow instructions carefully, detail-oriented
Ability to operate skilled machinery, given provided instruction and training
Familiarity with software such as SolidWorks, or similar CAD program

Programming experience
