Director/ExecutiveB-Squared Global Group is expanding its leadership team and is seeking Director-level Speaker Partnership professionals. This role is designed for individuals with experience in the events and speaker booking ecosystem, focusing on representing speakers and facilitating bookings for various events.

Responsibilities
Represent BSG speakers to:
Event organizers and conference producers
Corporations and executive teams
Universities, nonprofits, and faith-based institutions
Connect decision-makers with speakers from the BSG roster
Facilitate bookings for:
Keynotes
Virtual and hybrid events
Workshops, panels, and trainings
Begin with a curated group of 3–4 high-potential speakers assigned to you
Introduce qualified experts, educators, or thought leaders to BSG Global Speakers Bureau
Support those individuals through:
Initial interest and positioning
Entry into the BSG certification process
Earn commission on speakers you bring in who:
Complete the BSG certification program and
Are approved for representation by the Bureau
Generate income on both sides of the bureau model:
Speaker bookings
Speaker acquisition
Qualification
Required
Operate within the events, conferences, speaker booking, or institutional partnership ecosystem
Represent BSG speakers to event organizers and conference producers
Connect decision-makers with speakers from the BSG roster
Facilitate bookings for keynotes, virtual and hybrid events, workshops, panels, and trainings
Introduce qualified experts, educators, or thought leaders to BSG Global Speakers Bureau
Support individuals through initial interest and positioning
Guide individuals through the BSG certification process
Earn commission on speakers who complete the BSG certification program and are approved for representation
Have relationships with event planners or organizations that book speakers
Understand speaker fees, budgets, and booking cycles
Operate comfortably at a director or partnership level
Preferred
Know speakers, trainers, or experts who may be a strong fit for bureau representation
