Talent & Compliance Coordinator (Caregivers)
Senior Helpers is a growing home care agency seeking a Talent & Compliance Coordinator to support the caregiver recruitment, onboarding, and compliance process. This role involves managing job postings, screening applicants, coordinating interviews, and ensuring training and compliance requirements are met.

Responsibilities
Create, post, and manage caregiver job postings on Indeed and other platforms
Review applications and conduct phone/video screenings
Interview caregivers and assess experience, availability, and fit
Move qualified candidates efficiently through the hiring process
Maintain an active caregiver talent pipeline
Participate in caregiver job fairs, hiring events, and community outreach activities
Assist with preparation of recruiting materials for job fairs and events
Represent the agency professionally at hiring events and community partnerships
Follow up with job fair and event leads to convert interest into hires
Coordinate caregiver onboarding from offer through start date
Collect and track employment documentation (I-9, W-4, offer letters)
Support background checks, Live Scan, and HCA registration or verification
Ensure onboarding files are complete, accurate, and compliant
Schedule online and in-person caregiver orientation sessions
Enroll caregivers in required online training programs
Track training completion and compliance status
Coordinate caregiver readiness with office and scheduling teams
Maintain accurate records in ATS, HR, and scheduling systems
Communicate consistently with candidates via phone, text, and email
Provide regular updates on hiring, onboarding, and outreach activity
Qualification
Required
Experience in recruiting, onboarding, HR coordination, scheduling, or office administration
Experience supporting hourly or frontline roles
Comfortable engaging candidates in person and at hiring events
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple candidates and deadlines simultaneously
Professional, reliable, and proactive communicator
