Responsibilities
Lead and manage a broad portfolio of litigation matters, including complex commercial disputes, class actions, securities litigation, white collar and enforcement defense, product liability, and labor and employment cases
Advise clients across key industries such as construction, government contracts, aviation, and maritime, applying both legal acumen and industry insight
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across the firm to provide comprehensive, business-oriented solutions
Engage in sustained advocacy, from early-stage evaluation to trial and appellate proceedings
Build and maintain strong client relationships through responsive communication, strategic consultation, and a commitment to results
Qualification
Required
Extensive experience in litigation, with a strong record of first-chair or significant leadership in complex cases
Active membership in good standing with the Washington State Bar (or eligibility for immediate admission)
Proven ability to generate and manage client relationships, with a portable book of business
Strong leadership qualities and the ability to mentor and collaborate with attorneys across the firm
Commitment to delivering exceptional client service and achieving optimal outcomes
