Product Management Director

Responsibilities
Own the product strategy and roadmap for product area, with emphasis on data ingestion, model lifecycle management, grounding, prompt orchestration, output validation, GenAI, and administrative experiences
Establish long-term product strategy and portfolio vision, emphasizing innovation, customer value, and differentiation in an AI-native environment
Lead the development and execution of the product roadmap across the ServiceNow platform with digital/AI-led offerings
Build and manage a high-performing product organization, fostering a culture of innovation and customer-centricity
Oversee pricing, packaging, monetization, and SKU architecture in partnership with Pricing, and Sales
Define delivery methodologies and standards for consistent, scalable, and profitable global execution
Collaborate with Sales to drive go-to-market readiness and global adoption
Manage product lifecycle, including performance insights, enhancement prioritization, and next-generation transitions
Champion the integration of AI and automation into product design and delivery
Qualification
Required
Extensive experience integrating AI into work processes, decision-making, and product strategy
Proven leadership in product management and portfolio strategy for large-scale, high-growth technology businesses
Experience scaling product portfolios in SaaS environments, with exposure to consumer-grade product experiences
Demonstrated success in strategy development, lifecycle management, and cross-functional alignment in global organizations
Strong commercial acumen in pricing, packaging, and monetization
Ability to foster a culture of innovation and customer-centric decision-making
Preferred
15+ years in product management or related leadership roles in high-growth technology businesses
Experience delivering consumer-grade software and platform products
Track record of building and leading diverse, high-performing teams
Visionary and strategic mindset with expertise in category-shaping product strategies
Deep customer empathy and strong instincts for product-market fit and experience design
Excellent collaboration, influence, and partnership skills
Exceptional communication and executive storytelling skills
Excellence in cultural leadership and driving innovation
