Account Executive-San Antonio

The role involves building a new pipeline through proactive prospecting, influencing executive decision-makers, and managing the full sales cycle.

Responsibilities
Build net-new pipeline through outbound prospecting and partner collaboration
Own the full sales cycle: discovery to negotiation to close
Navigate complex buying cycles across procurement, finance, and security
Drive profitable revenue with a strong services-attach mindset
Maintain disciplined MEDDIC qualification and accurate forecasting
Strengthen customer relationships and create multi-year growth opportunities
Lead and support RFP/RFQ submissions when required
Actively represent Weaver at customer engagements and industry events
Qualification
Required
3-7 years of proven success in quota-carrying field sales
Strong ability to hunt, open doors, and close complex solutions
Skilled in multi-stakeholder selling and executive engagement
Experience in infrastructure, networking, cloud, cybersecurity, or AI solutions
Familiar with MEDDIC or comparable qualification frameworks
Strong negotiation, communication, and business acumen
Must reside in the assigned territory-San Antonio
Regular travel for customer and partner engagements
