Responsibilities

Answer phones
Greet clients
Maintain calendars
Open/close case files
Coordinate office support services including: tracking budget and expenditure information, processing invoices and directing communication with vendors
Conduct inventory
Order supplies
Additional duties may include: providing clerical support to the District Defender and other staff attorneys
Other related duties as assigned

Qualification

Office management experienceClerical supportBudget trackingCommunication with vendorsInventory management

Required

One year of professional office management experience, demonstrated by supervision of staff or highly responsible administrative duties
Or, five years progressively responsible clerical/office experience
Post secondary education may be substituted for minimum experience requirements
