Responsibilities
Respond to property owners request to respond to crash/ project site(s)
Obtain independent police reports of crash damage
Complete ‘Site Investigation Form,’ including site diagram with precise coordinates, photos of damage, location, and damage details
Interact directly with property owners and BCL office throughout the entire repair process and preparation
Maintain log entries and forms as directed by the office
Respond to requests from BCL office and/ or Helix promptly
Other tasks as assigned may include going to highway association events, shows, and meetings, obtaining municipal and state documentation
Qualification
Required
Prior Law Enforcement/ MA State Police service preferred
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong interpersonal skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills
Ability to prioritize high volumes of work
Strong attention to detail
