Campaign Manager (Temp- 9 months)
Champions Group Holdings is a nationwide leading provider of essential home services specializing in heating, air conditioning, and plumbing services. They are seeking a Membership Campaign Manager to lead the strategic direction and creative development of all membership marketing initiatives focused on acquisition, retention, and win back.

Responsibilities
Own the Acquire, Retain, and Winback membership marketing strategy across all brands
Build and manage the membership campaign roadmap, prioritization, and timelines
Create and refresh messaging for acquisition, welcome/onboarding, reminder series (including lapsed service), winback, retention/anniversary campaigns, and expired membership drips
Ensure all creative assets clearly communicate membership value and align with brand standards
Audit and enhance membership visibility and messaging across all brand websites
Partner with divisional teams to obtain creative approval and support implementation of website updates
Ensure consistent, scalable membership messaging across the portfolio
Ensure all membership messaging meets brand, legal, and compliance guidelines
Oversee planning, scheduling, and execution oversight of multi-brand initiatives
Maintain organized documentation, templates, and workflow systems
Partner with the Marketing Coordinator to hand off finalized strategy and creative for execution
Qualification
Required
3–5+ years of experience in marketing, lifecycle marketing, or campaign management
Strong creative strategy skills
Experience managing multi-brand or portfolio-based initiatives
Strong organizational, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
Preferred
Experience in home services or subscription-based marketing is a plus
