Umanist NA is seeking a senior-level Application Architect to bridge the gap between an Application Architect and an Enterprise Architect. The role focuses on business strategy and .NET technical expertise, requiring extensive experience in core banking systems and the design and optimization of banking applications.

Responsibilities

Provide technical and business expertise to multiple end-user groups, ensuring application performance aligns with business goals

Proactively monitor system health, review logs, and escalate issues as necessary; implement preventative measures to improve performance

Design server applications and define performance metrics for monitoring system efficiency

Analyze and resolve root cause issues related to hardware, software, and databases

Recommend and implement improvements in business processes and application design

Lead strategic planning for the application platform to meet organizational growth and operational objectives

Collaborate with management, Technology teams, Project Management Office, and business stakeholders

Manage vendor relationships, review contracts and statements of work, and serve as the liaison for assigned applications

Lead teams, coordinate tasks, and provide input for performance management

Ensure compliance with all regulatory laws, risk management programs, and internal procedures
