Customer Success Executive
On the Right Track Systems, LLC is a leading manufacturer in the healthcare space, focused on minimizing the risk of Hospital Acquired Infections and enhancing patient experience. The Customer Success Executive will manage existing customer relationships, pursue additional sales opportunities, and ensure customer satisfaction through regular communication and support.

Responsibilities
Responsible for maintaining our existing customers success as well as pursuing additional sales opportunities within these existing accounts
Initiating regular communication with our existing customers both in person and via zoom
Manage existing customer relationships and prompt reorders
Manage existing and new customer data via Hubspot CRM
Processing new orders from credit application, purchase order, tracking shipments and coordinating with the installation team
Assisting contractors and other potential customers in understanding the product and assisting the quoting process
Field measure for new quotes
This position will report directly to the VP of Sales/Owner
Qualification
Required
Thriving on making the customer happy!
2-3 years of sales Experience is a plus
Comfortable with Hubspot or similar CRM system
Proficiency in Word, Excel and Powerpoint
Candidates should be comfortable visiting hospitals and healthcare environments
Access to a car is required
