Responsibilities

10+ years of overall software engineering experience

MANDATORY: Proven hands-on experience with P&C Insurance Claims systems

Strong development experience with Java, Spring Boot, AWS, and RESTful services

MANDATORY: Experience developing and supporting Guidewire Claims (SaaS)

Experience with Guidewire Claims migration to SaaS is highly preferred

MANDATORY: Guidewire Claims System Analyst / Development Support Certification

Strong ability to translate business requirements into technical designs

Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with a design-thinking mindset

Excellent collaboration skills with globally distributed teams

Strong written and verbal communication skills for non-technical stakeholders

Experience leveraging AI/ML tools in software development, including integration and optimization
