Senior Business Development Manager- USAF
W.S. Darley and Co. is currently seeking a Senior Business Development Manager as part of the Air Force portfolio. The role focuses on generating revenue by hunting for sales opportunities and building relationships with customers and vendors in a competitive environment.

Responsibilities
Hunts for sales opportunities and closes deals at an aggressive pace
Must be completely knowledgeable on their Customer base/assigned territory
Applies the training and coaching received from the Company
Creates tremendous relationships with both Customers and Vendors
Responds and engages with a sense of urgency
Be fully compliant with the rules and regulations in Government contractual sales
Contributes with passion to the Team and always be proactively prospecting for new Customers
Drives deals upstream so that the Company has the best chance of winning the award
Qualification
Required
Retired or highly experienced senior Air Force officer
Thorough understanding of military operations and acquisition
Knowledgeable on Customer base/assigned territory
Ability to apply training and coaching received from the Company
Ability to create tremendous relationships with both Customers and Vendors
Ability to respond and engage with a sense of urgency
Fully compliant with the rules and regulations in Government contractual sales
Ability to contribute with passion to the Team
Proactively prospecting for new Customers
