Responsibilities

Lead finance support for the LAR business unit, ensuring detailed execution of its financial processes and controls
Partner with the LAR VPGM and their product management team on revenue and standard margin forecasting, financial analyses and strategic decision-making
Lead preparation and development of the Annual Operating Plan (AOP), Strategic Operating Plan (STRAP), and monthly & quarterly business reviews
Provide timely financial analysis and insights to support decision-making and drive business performance
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop financial strategies and optimize profitability
Understand and deploy the best methods to effectively communicate complex data and topics
Identify, communicate, and manage risk & opportunities
Participate in and lead strategic improvement initiatives within the business

Required

An undergraduate degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field, or equivalent experience
Minimum of 5-7 years of business and finance experience
Prior experience in a large global company and highly matrixed organization
Proficient at understanding and proactively communicating the financial implications of business decisions and dynamics
Demonstrated proficiency in Excel for sophisticated financial analysis, reporting, and modeling
Proven business partner with ability to influence indirectly and partner with leadership
Intellectual curiosity, versatility, and adaptability
Strong desire to formulate and drive operational improvements and challenge the status quo
Ability to learn quickly and succeed in a fast-paced, dynamic organization
Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
Good understanding of business processes, operations, and financial controls
Skilled in effectively communicating information to various levels of management and capable of confidently expressing independent viewpoints
Up to 5-10% domestic/international travel required

Preferred

Prior exposure to PowerBI, Hyperion, and Cognos
