Finance Manager, Data Center Acquisitions
Google is a leading technology company, and they are seeking a Finance Manager for Data Center Acquisitions. In this role, you will lead financial analysis and insights for the Energy and Location strategy team, supporting critical decision-making in resource allocation and risk management.

Responsibilities
Own, manage, and analyze Google's Acquisition portfolio,and work with business in optimizing data center and energy agreements
Support the business in agreement support and work closely with accounting and treasury in optimizing for cost
Develop and maintain accurate forecasts and Month End Close for energy costs/generation, and collaborate with Finance/Accounting to provide essential financial information for robust reporting
Build scalable tools and processes (including those for agreement performance) to enhance investigative efficiency and support data initiatives for portfolio performance scaling
Collaborate internally to support reporting on renewable energy purchases, consumption, and progress toward goals, and assist the team in managing renewable energy agreements and utility agreements
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or another quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience
10 years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), consulting, or a related function, or 8 years with an advanced degree
Preferred
Experience working with large datasets and coding languages, database, automation or business intelligence skills such as SQL, Python, R, JavaScript, Python, Tableu and Looker
Ability to take initiative and direct work in an unstructured environment, and be comfortable dealing with ambiguity
Ability to stay organized, detail oriented, focused and multi-task in a fast-paced, ever changing environment
Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to craft and deliver messages to influence executive leadership
