Account Manager
Outerland is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Account Manager to join our industry-leading team of landscape professionals. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for your clients, ensuring that Outerland’s Three Uniques are consistently upheld while fostering long-term relationships and driving growth.

Responsibilities
Own the Relationship: You are the “go-to” for your clients - handling everything from routine check-ins to conflict resolution
Ensure Quality: Get out into the field to meet with clients and perform site walk throughs, ensuring that our work meets our client’s vision and quality expectations
Drive Growth: You are responsible for proactively identifying and selling opportunities that improve our clients’ properties
Collaborate: Work closely with Production Managers to ensure the quality and timeliness of our services not only meets but exceeds the client’s expectations
Qualification
Required
Exceptional communication skills
Exceptional organizational skills
Comfortable using Google Suite (Docs, Sheets)
Willing to learn industry ERP system
Valid driver's license

Landscaping experience
