Responsibilities

Oversee material availability activities for all level NPI builds
Oversee team that drives factory data and accuracy, including system level parts list (BOM), coordination of updates, accuracy of material drive, and implementation at OEM site (in conjunction within region team)
Provide direction on quantity and build strategy to Module/System OPMs/EPSs/EPMs
Drive budget and all vendor level BPOs
Create Purchase Order Requisitions, maintain invoice tracking and goods receipts
Travel (approx. two week trips) and manage logistics of parts/BOM at builds

Required

BA/BS degree or 5+ years of industry experience and a background in NPI program management
Experience managing, organizing and maintaining large quantities of data
Strong communication (written and verbal) within our team and across the organization
Self-motivated with ability to adapt and react to resets and changes in a time sensitive environment
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with a large cross-functional team
Proficient in MS Excel or similar data tools
Knowledge of product development processes as well as an understanding of manufacturing processes
