SALT Dental Partners is a thriving dental practice committed to providing top-notch dental care to the community. They are seeking a Scheduling Coordinator to manage patient scheduling, provide excellent customer service, and maintain patient records while ensuring compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities

Greet and engage patients with respect and a smile

Provide excellent customer service and address any scheduling-related inquiries or concerns

Update, maintain, and coordinate the scheduling system and patient records for multiple providers

Answering scheduling queries via email and phone

Confirm appointments and obtain patient's consents

Send reminders to patients

Reschedule appointments when necessary

Collaborate with other team members to optimize scheduling processes and improve overall efficiency

Performing other administrative tasks when required

Maintain a clean, sterile, and patient-centric working environment

Maintain strict compliance with State, Federal, and other regulations, (e.g, OSHA, WC, Dental Board, HIPAA, ADA, DOL, Employee Handbook)

Must be able to travel to all of our locations. Transporation and travel time paid

Required

Proficiency in scheduling software and basic computer skills
