Responsibilities

Negotiate and purchase ad space, placements, and inventory across digital media channels
Participate in media planning to identify target audiences and develop effective campaign strategies
Test new platforms, channels, and buying methods to identify growth opportunities
Monitor daily campaign spend, pacing, performance trends, and return on investment (ROI)
Collaborate closely with media planners, growth marketers, and creative teams
Analyze performance metrics and attribution data to optimize campaigns
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights
Monitor advertising budgets and adjust spend strategies as needed
Maintain detailed documentation of campaign structures, test results, optimizations, and best practices

Required

Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Marketing, Media, Communications, or a related field
2–5 years of experience in media buying, digital advertising, or performance marketing
Experience with tools such as Hyros, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Shopify, Scribe, Lifetimely, TripleWhale, or equivalent platforms
Working knowledge of media analytics tools (e.g., comScore)
Familiarity with media buying, market research, and digital advertising trends
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to set priorities, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines
Strong strategic thinking and data-driven decision-making skills
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to build strong working relationships with internal partners and external vendors
Problem-solving mindset with flexibility to adapt in a fast-paced environment
