Responsibilities
Enter product data to support purchase orders
Create part numbers including all detailed information in Excel
Create purchase orders for vendors with high accuracy regarding pricing, delivery, and agreed upon terms
Update product pricing data and keep current
Track inbound shipments, resolve delivery issues, and communicate as needed
Maintain accurate item data within the system (i.e. product names, descriptions, UPCs, costs, and pricing)
Maintain accurate records of communications, contracts, and performance metrics
Assist in the preparation of advertising sheets, secure samples, and other related duties with corporate promotional events
Additional duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a Data Entry Specialist with high attention to detail
Strong Excel data manipulation skills
Proficiency in NetSuite or other ERP experience
Knowledge of inventory management
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues
Ability to work independently and as an effective member of the team
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds as needed
Preferred
Interest or knowledge in the outdoor &/or tactical lifestyle
