Responsibilities
Define a market-driven product vision aligned with organizational goals
Own and maintain the product roadmap, taking industry trends, customer feedback, and business objectives into account
Identify unique opportunities to innovate in the identity verification space while ensuring regulatory compliance and scalability across diverse industries
Analyze and deeply understand customer needs in identity verification workflows, including KYE processes, and risk reduction methods
Collaborate with sales and client engagement teams to synthesize client feedback, translating insights into impactful product decisions
Work closely with engineering, user experience design, marketing, and operations teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions
Partner with business development and sales teams to identify go-to-market strategies and optimize product positioning
Continuously monitor product adoption, competitive performance, and customer satisfaction metrics
Define KPIs and metrics for product success, offering regular updates to leadership
Drive engagement with internal stakeholders (executive teams, engineering, marketing teams) and external stakeholders (customers, partners, regulatory bodies) to ensure smooth development cycles and market readiness
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred in business, technology, or related field
8+ years of product management experience, preferably in identity verification, IAM, CIAM or related industries
Demonstrated success in leading SaaS product launches and lifecycle management
Strong familiarity with Workforce IDV, IAM and Enterprise technology system and compliance frameworks, digital identities, biometrics
Strategic thinker with proven ability to dive into technical details while keeping long-term goals in mind
Exceptional communication skills to convey vision and roadmap to internal and external teams
Proficiency in Agile product development methodologies
Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making
Customer Focus: Passionate about understanding customer problems and innovating to deliver impactful solutions
Technical Aptitude: Ability to grasp emerging identity verification technologies and translate them into product innovations
Execution Excellence: Results-driven mindset, able to ensure product deliverables meet deadlines and business goals
Leadership: Empower cross-functional teams by driving alignment and clarity on product goals
Preferred
Previous experience within the identity management (IAM or CIAM), Digital Identity Verification, or adjacent industries
Previous experience with Workforce IDV / KYE, building product integrations with Enterprise ecosystem technologies and working with Tech partners
