Responsibilities
Prepare and analyze financial statements
Assist with annual budgets, variance analysis, and develop financial models
Strengthen internal control processes
Support timely and accurate month-end close activities, including journal entries and reconciliations
Perform cost reviews to identify savings opportunities and improve processes
Coordinate with internal and external auditors
Deliver actionable insights on performance trends and forecasts to management
Ensure adherence to GAAP and company accounting policies; research and resolve complex accounting issues
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
5+ years of experience in manufacturing
Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
Proficiency with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills
Preferred
SOX knowledge is helpful
