Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner

Assist customers with their inquiries, orders, and concerns

Provide product information and recommendations

Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using our POS system

Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash drawer

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the customer service area

Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations

Assist with food preparation and kitchen duties as needed
