Responsibilities
Consistent delivery of a positive customer experience as evident through customer request for your specific service and top scores on customer surveys
Prioritizes work schedule effectively
Communicates openly with customers in an effective, positive manner
Assists project managers from inception to installation and customer acceptance
Maintain cost and schedule tracking of projects against quoted price and delivery
Develop and maintain project milestones, parts lists and ordering, and electrical schematics
Provide communication to customers, panel shop employees, the account manager, and other team members
Lead and/or support start-up of systems in the shop and at the customer site
Perform programming and development of Robotic Cells (parts placement, vision inspection, infeed/outfeed conveyor controls)
Act as a leader in AMR area of technology used by the company
Capable of leading the training classes offered to customers of our Company in their area of expertise
Willingness to assist our Company’s associates
Accountable to committed tasks
Participate in after-hours and be on-call service 2-3 times per year
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Some college, with focus on Robotics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or similar
3 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Knowledge of mechanical and electrical components
Strong Communication skills (listening, questioning, speaking)
Time Management skills
Experience working with customers and vendors
Computing/Software Skills including Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred
Associates or BA/BS Degree in Robotics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent
5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Knowledge of mechanical and electrical components
Strong Communication skills (listening, questioning, speaking)
Time Management skills
Experience working with customers and vendors
Computing/Software Skills including: Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, AutoCAD, Eplan, Solidworks
