Responsibilities
The Controller will oversee general ledger management, month-end close, and financial statement preparation and review
Lead cost accounting efforts, including standard costing and inventory analysis
Own FP&A functions: budgeting, forecasting, performance reporting, and variance analysis
Partner with operations and HR to analyze business performance and support strategic decisions
Manage cash flow and support investment planning
Coordinate with corporate finance on intercompany transactions
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting
Minimum of 5+ years of experience in manufacturing finance
Strong background in costing, analytics, and inventory management
Experience with cash flow management and presenting financial insights to senior leadership
The ideal Controller will be detail-oriented, collaborative, and ready to take ownership of the finance function
A successful Controller in this role will be comfortable working across departments and driving process improvement
