Responsibilities
Develop and execute overseas content acquisition strategies, focusing on partnerships with global streaming platforms, content aggregators, and rights holders
Lead business negotiations with platforms such as Disney, Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, Hulu, etc., to finalize content partnerships, technical integration, and commercial terms
Conduct in-depth analysis of overseas streaming market trends, user needs, and competitive dynamics to inform product and market strategies
Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure end-to-end project execution from negotiation to launch, maximizing partnership impact
Build and maintain long-term strategic relationships with key partners, exploring diversified collaboration models (e.g., pre-installation, joint operations, customized content)
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Marketing, Media, or a related field
Minimum 8 years of experience in business development, content partnerships, or strategic collaboration, with at least 5 years focused on streaming media, digital content, or smart hardware industries
Proven track record and direct connections with global streaming platforms such as Disney, Netflix, Amazon, Hulu, etc., with familiarity in content licensing and partnership processes
Excellent negotiation, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to independently drive complex partnership projects to completion
Deep insights into the global streaming media market, including knowledge of regional content policies, user behaviors, and business models
Fluent in English as a working language; proficiency in additional languages or overseas work experience is a plus
Strong goal orientation, resource integration capabilities, and entrepreneurial spirit, adaptable to a fast-paced international work environment
Preferred
Experience in content partnerships within the smart TV, OTT, or smart hardware industries
Knowledge of international copyright regulations and content compliance requirements
Extensive network with content producers, distributors, or industry associations
