Responsibilities

Engage with inbound leads via chat, email, and phone calls to establish rapport and qualify them
Conduct conversations via chat and phone to identify potential customers' business goals, problems, and needs, and establish Commercial Intent
Schedule qualified contacts to meet with Account Executives for discovery calls
Utilize and update information in our CRM system to ensure metrics and dashboards are kept current
Understand the role’s impact to the full end-to-end sales cycle at FranklinCovey
Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads
Follow defined processes and complete required trainings on time
Work in a high paced, goal-driven environment with high enthusiasm that inspires the peer BDR environment

Required

High school diploma
1+ years of experience in customer-facing, pre-sales or sales oriented role

Preferred

Experience in a call center, customer service, or chat support
Ability to actively listen and uncover customer needs through insightful questioning
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with a desire to learn and grow
Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
Ability to ask insightful questions and a keenness for problem-solving across multiple channels
High degree of resilience, enabling you to bounce back from setbacks
Possess a player mindset; you strive to grow and develop and never back down from a challenge
