Responsibilities
Collaborate with team members through all phases of the project lifecycle, including schematic design, design development, and construction documentation
Prepare drawings, layouts, and basic design studies while learning firm standards, building codes, and best practices
Support construction administration responsibilities by organizing submittals, RFI’s, and project documentation
Coordinate with team members, subconsultants, and clients to track tasks, incorporate feedback, and support timely project delivery
Qualification
Required
Bachelor or Master's Degree in Architecture
Desire to pursue Architectural licensure as part of career development
1-3 years of experience in Architectural Design, Commercial, Retail, Multi-Family Residential, and/or Light Industrial project experienced preferred
Proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, and/or other design software
High level of organization and attention to detail, sense of urgency in completing deliverables within defined timelines
Team-oriented attitude that fosters collaboration and shared success
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Excellent oral and written communication skills
“Can do” attitude
Preferred
1-3 years of experience in Architectural Design, Commercial, Retail, Multi-Family Residential, and/or Light Industrial project experienced preferred
