Responsibilities

Oversee the data environment of Front Office systems to ensure data integrity, collaborating with global team members
Champion a culture of continuous improvement by defining, documenting, and streamlining operational processes, leveraging intelligent automation tools
Act as a liaison between the Equity business and operational teams on new initiatives, issue resolution, and escalations
Partner with Technology, business, and global teams to deliver operational transformation focused on risk reduction and automation
Apply analytical and problem-solving skills to support strategic initiatives and drive ongoing improvements
Present insights to senior management and contribute to process enhancements
Monitor metrics, key performance indicators (KPIs), and key risk indicators (KRIs) to ensure alignment with organizational objectives
Ensure compliance with operational controls and regulatory requirements
Manage multiple tasks efficiently and adapt to changing priorities with strong organizational skills

Required

Minimum 3 years of experience in operations, preferably within Asset Management, performing middle office functions
Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a proven ability to manage stakeholder expectations
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to evaluate complex business processes and provide fact-based recommendations tailored to the audience
Demonstrate experience in leading transformational change and utilizing intelligent automation tools such as Alteryx, Python, and LLM (Large Language Models)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, with advanced digital literacy
Ability to thrive in fast-paced, detail-oriented environments
Proven ability to collaborate effectively in team settings, with a solid understanding of trading systems and financial markets
Commitment to delivering high-quality results with a focus on continuous improvement
