Responsibilities
Reviewing your book of business, tracking performance, and analyzing market conditions and competition
Building and managing broker relationships, developing goals and strategies, and collaborating to craft tailored solutions for members
Oversee new and renewal underwriting, select risks per company guidelines, and ensure timely follow-up and closing of accounts
Qualification
Required
at least 3 years of industry experience
preferably in the high net worth underwriting space
comfortable owning a book of business
Direct, empathetic communication is a staple in every aspect of your day
thrive on building connections with people
know how to gather and analyze all the data you'll need to make a decision on a risk
