Senior Staffing Coordinator
Providence is a comprehensive health care organization serving various communities. The Senior Staffing Coordinator will manage agency nursing staff, provide staffing and scheduling support, and handle concerns related to contract management and HR escalations.

Responsibilities
Manage Providence Mount St. Vincent’s agency nursing staff (RNs, LPNs & CNAs)
Provide integral staffing and scheduling support
Grow relationships with our nursing partners
Interview candidates
Support nursing partners daily
Field complaints and concerns
Escalate issues to the proper channels
Ensure caregivers are heard
Manage the direct oversight of agency nursing staff (50-100 at any given time)
Handle concerns from contract management to HR escalations
Perform front desk responsibilities
Review invoices and prepare budget analytics reports
Manage nursing staff’s timecards, scheduling and time-off requests
Qualification
Required
2 years of experience in health facilities staffing or equivalent
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree - Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Health Administration or related field or 4 years experience in staffing or health care
