The Senior Product Manager for HPE Storage Partner Solutions is responsible for driving the successful integration, launch, and go-to-market strategy for HPE Compute storage server configurations developed in collaboration with key storage software partners.

Responsibilities
Work directly with storage software partners to define and validate HPE storage server configurations that meet performance, scalability, and certification requirements
Collaborate with finance, procurement, and sales teams to develop a profitable and competitive pricing structure for the joint solutions
Manage the business model, forecasting, and lifecycle of the configured offerings
Own the end-to-end product launch process within HPE Compute, including building joint marketing collateral (e.g., solution briefs, white papers, presentations), training sales teams, and securing executive buy-in for the global rollout
Serve as the primary product voice for the partner solutions, driving consensus and execution across multiple internal stakeholders, including Engineering, Supply Chain, Alliances, Marketing, and Sales Enablement
Qualification
Required
3-5 years of product management experience in enterprise technology, with a strong background in storage, server hardware, or partner ecosystems
Proven ability to define and successfully launch complex enterprise hardware or software solutions
Technical understanding of data storage architectures (e.g., SAN, NAS, HCI, software-defined storage) and server technology (e.g., HPE ProLiant)
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage relationships and projects across external partners and internal cross-functional teams
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in computer science, engineering or related field of study
Technical acumen and background in Servers and data center technology
Ability to communicate and sell new concepts and future road map to internal and external stakeholders
Strong analytical skills with a knack for translating complex market data into clear, actionable business insights
Deep understanding of the technical and market dynamics of at least one of the following: Storage servers, Software defined storage, Hyperconverged systems, HPC Storage, or high performance primary storage
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate a vision and build consensus with both technical and non-technical audiences
A proactive and adaptable mindset, with the ability to manage multiple investigations and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
MBA or advanced degree in computer science, physics, math or engineering preferred
Proven experience as a Product Manager in the server, data center, or related hardware industry, preferred
