Support ongoing enhancements and platform optimization
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a ServiceNow Architect (must be hands-on)
Strong expertise in ITAM and ITOM modules
Experience with ServiceNow integrations, workflows, and scripting
Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
