Responsibilities
Oversee full HR function: recruitment, onboarding, development, and offboarding
Maintain compliant policies and ensure alignment with CA, federal, and local laws
Lead safety programs, OSHA reporting, and Workers’ Comp processes
Manage benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401k, etc.), open enrollment, and vendor relationships
Support payroll accuracy and Paycom data integrity (PTO, rates, changes)
Coach managers, resolve employee relations issues, and strengthen company culture
Visit multiple locations to support teams and ensure HR consistency
Qualification
Required
10+ years senior HR leadership experience
Strong CA employment law knowledge
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
High integrity and ability to handle confidential information
Preferred
SPHR/PHR preferred
Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus!
