Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Partner, Wealth Advisors
Manage complex calendars, including scheduling client meetings, internal meetings, and travel arrangements
Prepare meeting materials, agendas, and follow-up items
Handle correspondence, phone calls, and emails in a professional and timely manner
Provide backup front desk coverage as needed to ensure a seamless client experience, including warmly greeting clients and visitors, answering phones, and routing inquiries appropriately
Coordinate client meetings, events, and firm-hosted activities
Assist with event logistics, including venue booking, catering, invitations, and RSVPs
Greet clients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional office environment
Serve as a key point of contact between the Partner, advisors, and internal teams
Assist with workflow coordination and tracking of tasks and deadlines
Support compliance-related administrative processes (e.g., document tracking, recordkeeping)

Required

2+ years of administrative or executive support experience, preferably in financial services, wealth management, professional services, or a client-facing environment
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize competing requests
High attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with CRM systems a plus
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Must be 18 years of age or older
Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States
Must be willing to execute Corient's Employee Agreement or Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure Agreement
