The Project Manager (PM) – Mechanical & Plumbing is responsible for the successful planning, execution, financial performance, and closeout of mechanical and plumbing construction projects.

Responsibilities
Lead project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution strategies from award through closeout
Manage procurement, subcontractor buyouts, contract administration, and vendor coordination
Oversee field operations, manpower planning, and coordination with superintendents and foremen
Manage project financials, including job cost tracking, forecasting, change orders, billings, and profitability
Conduct client meetings, resolve issues or disputes, and maintain strong customer relationships
Ensure compliance with contract documents, safety requirements, quality standards, and company policies
Provide regular project status updates to leadership
Train, mentor, and support Assistant Project Managers and Project Administrators
Qualification
Required
Proven experience managing mechanical and/or plumbing construction projects
Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, codes, and HVAC/plumbing systems
Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage budgets, and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency with construction project management, scheduling, and job cost software
