Responsibilities

Customer Consultations Spend 2-3 hours at customers' homes to understand their needs and provide customized HVAC solutions

Sales Presentations Conduct engaging sales presentations, highlighting special promotions, equipment benefits, and available options

Documentation Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation, including forms, reports, logs, and records

Customer Care Uphold the company's standards of integrity and customer service, representing the customer professionally

Schedule This is an outside sales role that requires schedule flexibility, including availability beyond standard business hours to support customers and business needs

Qualification

HVAC Sales ExperienceBilingual SkillsCommunication Skills

Required

HVAC Sales Experience Previous experience in HVAC sales and a solid understanding of the HVAC industry is essential

Communication Skills Exceptional customer service and communication skills are required to build strong relationships with clients

Preferred

Bilingual Skills Proficiency in both English and Spanish is preferred
