Responsibilities
Partner with Strategic Finance leaders and Data Scientists to improve forecast accuracy, enhance existing revenue models, and support the development of new financial forecasting frameworks
Collaborate with cross-functional partners, including Policy, Treasury, and Payments, to assess and quantify key risks and opportunities across the business
Develop and maintain reporting that defines, tracks, and monitors performance of forecasted metrics at a country-level granularity
Create presentations in Google Slides to communicate key trends and forecast performance, demonstrating strong judgment in identifying what matters and a willingness to dig into root causes
Support monthly and quarterly financial review cycles, ensuring high-quality analysis and timely deliverables
Deliver actionable insights through reporting and analytics, proactively identifying opportunities to enhance processes for greater accuracy, efficiency, speed, and accessibility
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience in strategic finance, product analytics, business intelligence, management consulting, or investment banking
B.A. or B.S. from an accredited four-year college or university
Strong financial modeling skills and ability to perform complex analyses to uncover business drivers and generate insights
Proficiency in SQL with the ability to write, optimize, and interpret complex queries
Strong communication skills, ability to work collaboratively with people at all levels of the organization and make actionable recommendations
Strong presentation and collaboration tools experience, including G Suite and Keynote
Highly organized, independent, and self-motivated; commitment to delivering consistently accurate and high-quality work products
Mission-driven, enthusiastic to learn and grow within the SFA organization; team-oriented with a positive attitude
Preferred
Experience with Tableau and proficiency in Python or R is a significant plus
