Responsibilities
Provide hands-on Canvas LMS administration, including course setup, configuration, and readiness validation
Support and manage Canvas integrations, including LTI tools, SIS and SSO-related workflows, and third-party applications
Assist with a large-scale cleanup and removal of a legacy Canvas integration across a high volume of courses
Validate integrations and settings to ensure courses are technically sound before going live
Troubleshoot complex Canvas issues and collaborate closely with internal IT and learning technology teams
Document changes, processes, and best practices to ensure consistency and repeatability
Qualification
Required
Strong, real-world Canvas admin experience (Canvas-only backgrounds preferred; Blackboard-only experience is not a fit)
Hands-on experience with LTI integrations and third-party tool management inside Canvas
Comfort working across hundreds or thousands of courses in a production LMS environment
Ability to work independently, manage repetitive technical tasks, and maintain quality at scale
Preferred
Experience in higher education LMS environments strongly preferred
