Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end lifecycle of complex, cross-company IT initiatives, from problem definition and strategy through build, launch, and operationalization, driving outcomes through influence rather than direct people management
Define clear problem statements, success metrics, and financial targets, including initiatives expected to drive billions of dollars in cost savings or efficiency gains
Apply product thinking to enterprise initiatives by defining vision, sequencing work, validating value, and ensuring solutions are built for adoption and scale
Lead and align cross-functional teams across IT, product, engineering, finance, and business units toward shared outcomes, often navigating competing priorities and incentives across senior stakeholders
Partner with engineering and architecture leaders to evaluate technical tradeoffs, investment decisions, and long-term sustainability
Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, clearly articulating vision, progress, tradeoffs, and outcomes
Define operating models, governance, and ways of working required to successfully stand up, scale, and sustain new IT capabilities across the enterprise

Required

Bachelor's Degree plus 7 years of related work experience OR Advanced degree with 5 years of related experience
Acceptable areas of study include Computer Science, Engineering, IT or equivalent experience
8+ years of experience in deeply technical environments such as software engineering, systems architecture, platform engineering, or technical product or initiative leadership, with demonstrated ownership of large-scale, enterprise initiatives
More than 10 years - Relevant Product Management experience in an agile software product development environment
Demonstrated experience leading zero-to-one or early-stage technical initiatives
Strong technical fluency with the ability to engage deeply with engineering teams, assess feasibility, dependencies, and cost tradeoffs, without requiring hands-on coding
Exceptional analytical, communication, and influence skills
Demonstrates complete mastery of business side skills (communication, customer research, product vision, feature definition), as well as technical architecture, Dev, and execution skills
Proven analytical skills with demonstrated ability to identify/analyze/synthesize product use data and use the data to drive decisions
Mastery level (industry leading) understanding of customer experience
Mastery level understanding of platform technologies and components such as security, performance, optimization, API integration
Expert level knowledge of full technology stack on which your assigned product runs
Proven success in directing matrixed resources and delivering software, with Agile Scrum methodologies and other commonly used tools, across multiple teams
Mastery of requirements elicitation, and writing skills including the ability to write concisely and clearly for different audiences
Experience with successive elaboration and ability to develop Initiatives, Features and User Stories that the DevOps teams can ingest
Experience in delivering large and complex business/technology initiatives as Product Manager or lead technology role
Proven ability to effectively and efficiently communicate with Leadership, technical and non-technical audiences while employing a high degree of collaboration and influence
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to a variety of audiences including executives and non-technical leaders
Fluent with SQL, Tableau, other analytical solutions like SAS, SPSS
Knowledge and experience with integration patterns, API's, and protocols such as REST, EDI, SOAP, etc
Mastery of DevOps (CI / CT / CD) and application of CI/CT/CD in Agile environment

Certified Scrum Master (CSM) Scrum Product Owner Certification (CSPO)
Other Technical Certification Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)
