Responsibilities
Support the design and execution of a comprehensive capital markets strategy that balances funding flexibility, liquidity, and shareholder value creation
Contribute to the company’s evolution toward public-company standards by helping to develop scalable processes, analytics, and governance structures appropriate for a listed environment
Manage relationships with investment banks, lenders, and other market participants to maintain visibility, insight, and access to financing opportunities
Partner with FP&A, Treasury, and Corporate Development to ensure capital and funding decisions align with strategic and operational priorities
Track macroeconomic developments, investor sentiment, and peer performance to support strategic planning and inform financing decisions
Support adherence to securities regulations and reporting standards across markets and jurisdictions
Advise the SVP, Head of Capital Markets and broader finance leadership on opportunities to strengthen market positioning and capital efficiency
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience in capital markets, investment banking, or corporate finance, ideally with exposure to public markets or IPO preparation
Deep understanding of equity and debt markets, capital structure design, and financial strategy
Strong analytical, communication, and relationship management skills
Demonstrated success managing complex financial initiatives in a dynamic environment
Preferred
MBA, CFA, or equivalent advanced degree preferred
