The role involves maintaining and troubleshooting various equipment, ensuring effective system functionality to support logistics and distribution activities.
Responsibilities
Provide Tier 1 technical support for warehouse systems including scanners, printers, mobile devices, and other operational technology
Respond to support requests from warehouse and transportation personnel via ticketing system, phone, or in-person
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to hardware and software used in warehouse operations
Perform routine maintenance and updates on warehouse technology equipment
Collaborate with operations teams to escalate and resolve complex issues
Ensure compliance with safety and operational procedures while working in warehouse environments
Assist with deployment and configuration of new devices and systems in the warehouse
Performs other related duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent Experience
1 - 3 Years
Preferred
Bachelor's degree, Associates degree, or IT related certifications preferred
3-5 Years
