JBS USA is seeking a Second Shift HR Coordinator to manage various HR functions. The role involves data entry, handling FMLA and benefits, and responding to employee inquiries to ensure operational efficiency.

Responsibilities
Data Entry of important documents
Will be in charge of FMLA and Benefits
Ensure proper copies of documents are in place
Perform various duties as needed to ensure efficiency
Handles insurance issues with vendors and employees
Responds in a timely manner to employee problems, questions and concerns
General office procedures including handling phone calls, filing
Input new hires in SAP, Kronos, W4 changes, and other duties as assigned
Assist employees with inquires
All other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Excellent written and verbal communications skill
Ability to multi-task and pay attention to details
Self-starter and very organized
Computer skills and knowledge of basic office software necessary
Must be able to demonstrate effective people skills
Team Player
Must have great attendance and punctuality
Be able to work under pressure/fast paced environment
Demonstrated ability to multi-task and handle high work volume
Trustworthy – Will be handling confidential material
Preferred
FMLA experience preferred but not required, must be able to pass certification within 6 months of hire
Bi-Lingual preferred
